1. Booking & Participation
Booking with Discover It Yourself (“DIY”) constitutes acceptance of all policies herein. Primary drivers must be 25 years or older to operate DIY vehicles. Additional passengers of any age are welcome when accompanied by a qualifying driver.

DIY reserves the right to modify adventure itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Safety Protocols
Participants must comply with all safety instructions provided by DIY staff. Failure to follow safety protocols may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.

3. Vehicle Operations
For experiences including DIY vehicles:
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance documentation required
• Renter assumes full financial responsibility for vehicle damage
• Off-road driving restricted to designated trails only

4. Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge and accept inherent risks associated with outdoor adventure activities. DIY bears no liability for personal injury, loss, or property damage except in cases of gross negligence.

5. Food & Beverage Policy
• DIY provides commercially sealed, pre-packaged food items unless otherwise specified
• We assume no liability for food-related incidents including allergic reactions or illness
• All food modifications must be requested in advance
• Raw or uncooked food consumption is at guest’s own risk
• Strictly prohibited: Operating vehicles under the influence of alcohol
• Alcohol consumption is at guest’s personal discretion and liability
• Guests must maintain fitness to operate vehicles throughout the experience
• DIY assumes no responsibility for alcohol-related incidents before, during, or after activities
